This page exists so that the terms are visible before there is any commercial pressure on how they are written. It will be completed, dated and versioned before the first order is accepted.
What this policy will cover
- Dispatch timelines and the working days on which orders are processed.
- Delivery partners, serviceable areas, and what happens where an address cannot be served.
- Shipping charges, including any threshold for free delivery.
- Tracking, and what to do if a shipment does not arrive.
- International shipping, if and when it is offered.
