This page explains how the business is intended to work and where we think the opening is. It publishes no financial information, and the reason for that is the same reason the rest of this site publishes so little: we only state what we can substantiate.
Position
Pranoraa Ayurveda Private Limited is a private company. It has no listed securities, no public shareholders and no reporting obligation to anyone reading this page. It also has no trading history: nothing has been manufactured, and nothing has been sold.
So there are no results, no revenue figures, no projections and no valuation published here. A forecast presented on a public page as though it were performance is a claim we are not entitled to make, and it would sit badly beside a quality page that refuses to claim a certification we have not been awarded.
The business
Four structural choices, made before there was a product to sell. Each is a decision rather than an ambition, which means each can be judged now.
01
Formulation, specification and testing in-house; production at a contracted facility. Owning a factory before owning a product spends capital on the wrong asset.
02
The intended route to market is direct, on our own platform, so that the product page and the point of sale are the same surface.
03
The Ingredient Library and the Knowledge Centre are the acquisition strategy, not a content marketing layer on top of one.
04
Full composition, stated quantities, published cautions and per-batch certificates. Easy to copy, expensive to sustain — which is why few sustain it.
Nothing has been manufactured, so this describes a contract rather than production. We publish none of the certifications held by the facility: we have not been supplied with copies, and a certification is issued to a site against a defined scope rather than to whoever buys from it.
The opening
The herbal category has a documented quality problem and a settled convention of saying as little as possible about it. Proprietary blends protect margin. Vague claims survive regulatory scrutiny. Contraindications reduce conversion. Every incentive points the same way, and the consequence is a category where the buyer is asked for a great deal of faith.
Nothing in the alternative is technically difficult. Publish the formulation, publish the reasoning, publish the cautions at the same weight, and say when the evidence is thin. It is commercially inconvenient, which is a different problem, and the reason the position remains largely unoccupied by companies of any size.
We think a buyer who is told the honest, partial, sometimes disappointing truth ends up trusting the company more rather than less, and that this compounds where discounting does not.
We are aware that this is a hypothesis, and that a great deal of evidence in this industry points the other way.
The plan
No dates are attached to any of this, and none will be published until they are dates we can keep. A roadmap with invented timelines is the same category of claim as an invented certification.
Now
Building the ingredient library and the Knowledge Centre, and formulating in the open.
Next
Completing the testing programme behind the first two formulations, and a first production run at the facility we have contracted.
Then
Selling directly, with certificates of analysis published against batch codes.
Later
International supply, subject to the regulatory work each market genuinely requires.
Unproven
These are the points on which the company should be judged, and none of them has been settled. We would rather set them out ourselves than be asked why they were missing.

Enquiries
If you invest in consumer health and want to understand this company properly, use the contact form and mark your message for the attention of the board. We will tell you our current position directly rather than through a page that cannot be kept current.
We will not send a document that does not exist, and we will not describe traction we do not have.
Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or an invitation to subscribe for securities, and nothing here should be relied on in connection with any investment decision. Statements about future plans describe present intentions only, and intentions change.
Corporate particulars, including every registration we have verified and the document each was read from, are set out on the corporate information page.
