So the page does two things. It says which route suits which kind of enquiry, and it names what is missing along with the record that would close it. The form is not a fallback; it is the route.
We cannot give medical advice, and we cannot tell you whether a herb is appropriate for a condition or a medication you are taking. Those are questions for a qualified practitioner who can see your history.
Please do not send clinical detail through this form. Messages are read by people who are not clinicians, and nothing here is a consultation.

Retailers, distributors and clinics. There is a separate form that asks for territory and expected volume, because those are the two things we need before a conversation is useful.
We do not run a practitioner programme yet, and we would rather say that than take an enrolment we cannot service. If you practise and would like to be told when one exists, write to us and say so.
Journalists and editors. Choose Press and media on the form and tell us your deadline in the first line — we will work to it or tell you plainly that we cannot.
The statutory route for a complaint, separate from ordinary support. The policy sets out the process and the timelines; contact details for the grievance officer will be published there once they have been confirmed.
